Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our high-quality balloons worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Are the balloons shipped inflated or flat?
To ensure they arrive in perfect condition and to keep shipping costs low for our customers, all balloons are shipped flat (uninflated).
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and original packaging items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have been inflated.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
